I decided to write a review because Im impressed with Dougs gift to give a wonderful massage. Im 28 and didnt know what to expect for my first massage. My job is stressful and I still attend college in the valley so when I can afford a massage, I call Doug for help. I leave feeling so much better with my stiffness and pain being gone. Dougs a very understanding person and I feel like I can talk to him about anything. Ive been using him for about 4 months; he has a comfortable table with heat that feels so amazing while he massages every part of my body. I hope he sticks with massage for awhile, I know he has a background in another field but if you ask me he found his calling doing massage.
I never know what to expect when I try a new Massage Therapist. I must say I was at ease from the moment Doug greeted me with a drink at his front gate. Doug listened to where I was feeling pain and gave me quite a unique treatment. I was so relaxed I felt like I was in a trance. He gave me a very thorough massage and does excellent buttock work which I really appreciate. Im tall, straight and athletic who likes to be massaged by a man sometimes especially one with a hairy chest like his. I highly, highly recommend you give Doug a try. I couldnt get in with him one day so I tried another Masseur and was disappointed. Doug has earned my loyalty; I wont be trying anyone else as long as he is working in LA.
Doug is phenomenal! He will chat and be friendly or let you drift off... whatever you want. He is in no way a "clock watcher" and my massage went waaaaaay over the alloted time... he worked on EVERY part of me and made me feel not only relaxed and comfortable (it helps when you are shy and the massage therapist gets naked too... honest... it really makes it great!) but also made me feel good about myself inside... I am really NOT endowed and I never felt more comfortable in my life! LOl. He's the best and i can;t recommend him highly enough... give him a try and you will be amazed and start saving for his touch and forget all about saving in that pesky 401 K plan!
